Carnival 2003 New Orleans. A day at Mardi Gras in 22 minutes. First join a small party which grows into a walking parade that marches into the French Quarter, meets Rex, the last big parade of Mardi Gras, and then proceeds to the Mississippi. From there follow the filmmaker and his friends through the Quarter and finally home in the evening. Filmed & edited by Matt Bucy.
